Transfer Shark privacy information

Transfer Shark copies selected product listings between storefronts you authorize. It does not request customer or order information.

Information processed

We process your Shopify shop identifier, connected marketplace account identifiers, product titles, descriptions, prices, quantities, variants and photo URLs needed for your requested transfers. Marketplace access credentials are encrypted at rest. Photos are transmitted to the destination when necessary and are not stored in an app photo library.

Retention

Listing content is stored encrypted temporarily so you can review and complete a transfer. Completed transfer payloads are removed immediately. Prepared reviews expire after 30 minutes. Incomplete payloads are purged by the hourly cleanup routine after their recovery window, within approximately 26 hours while the server is running. Minimal source/destination identifiers and transfer outcomes are retained until uninstall to prevent duplicate copies. Operational hosting logs and backups follow the operator’s published retention policy.

Sharing and control

Selected listing data is sent to the destination marketplace you choose. Disconnecting removes the app’s saved marketplace credentials. Uninstalling deletes the app’s shop records; listings already created in your storefronts are not deleted. You can also revoke authorization through the marketplace itself.

Operator and requests

Contact the operator using the support page for access, correction or deletion requests. This deployment’s operator identity, hosting providers, regions and backup/log retention must be finalized before public release.
